Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with an item, we will happily accept your new, unused, regular priced items in their original packaging for a return or exchange. All Sale/promotional items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, earrings and beauty products are final sale.

You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email info@shopassembly.ca to get started — please do not send anything back before hearing from us, as unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, items must be received back at our shop within 10 business days. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and credited to your original payment method.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings, beauty products, and all sale or promotional items.

Free shipping on orders of $250 or more. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $14.

Flat rate of $18. All duties, taxes, and processing fees are the buyer's responsibility, including on any returns. Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes incurred are non-refundable.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Assembly is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit. All packages include up to $100 of shipping insurance.
